Credit applications may include identity, address, employment, income, credit authorization, cosigner details, a driver’s license document, and an insurance card document.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, process vehicle requests, evaluate financing applications where authorized, and communicate regarding your request. Phone numbers and email addresses provided in a credit application are not used for marketing campaigns.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be shared with financing partners when you authorize a financing evaluation, and with service providers needed to process your request, host private records, or deliver transactional notifications. Final provider disclosures and sharing terms require legal review.
Protection and access
Credit applications and uploaded documents are processed on the server. Sensitive application details are encrypted before storage. Documents are kept in private storage and can be retrieved only through authenticated, authorized server routes. Full SSNs, driver’s license files, and insurance card files are not included in notification emails. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and your requests
Retention periods, deletion procedures, applicable rights, and the company’s privacy contact must be finalized before launch. Contact us through the Contact Us page for questions about your information. Do not include an SSN or other sensitive information in a general inquiry.
Cookies and browser storage
The website does not save credit application information in browser localStorage. Service authentication may use cookies necessary for access. Any future analytics, advertising, or tracking integrations require updated disclosures.
